Sa-weet! Keylime Pie

Picture this: 
Relaxing from a long day on your boat with friends and family,
Full bellies from a wonderful dockside dinner,
Sunset over the water, oh, and what’s this?
Ohhhh….yes, ‘Sa-weet!’ keylime pie!

Crust:
1.5 C graham cracker crumbs
7 T melted/softened butter
1.5 T white sugar
1.5 T brown sugar
1.5 T honey

Bake crust for @ 8 minutes @ 350/cool or refrigerate for @ 30 minutes.

Tips: 
Store bought GC crust = illegal.
One ‘sleeve’ of graham crackers = 1.5 cups of GC crumbs. 
Can of sweetened cond. milk = perfect GC crusher.
Best to use a 9″ springform 
Make am/serve pm ok, but overnight refer chill better

Filling:
.5 C keylime juice
1 can sweetened condensed milk
4 egg yolks

Bake @ 350 for 15 minutes/cool
 
Topping:
1 C sour cream
.5 C white sugar
 
Stir topping until sugar ‘melts’, pour on top, spin/twist to spread, cover and refrigerate overnight.
