PEDIGREE:
Reported to have been built at a cost of approx. 1.5M US in 1986 by the same German shipbuilder which built the BISMARCK.

DEFICIENCIES:
This vessel is being offered for sale as a project boat – in ‘as-is, where is’ condition. Prospective Buyers may have the vessel professionally surveyed, but no sea trial is possible. The boatyard where this vessel is currently stored is capable of performing repairs or upgrades for the next owner.

Original engine out of vessel – available to be rebuilt – now may be an opportune time to install a new engine.
Transom repaired with incorrect steel – needs to be re-repaired.
Rudder, shaft, strut and underbody require repair and service.
Electronics dated or missing.
Teak tecks (glued down – no fasteners) loose in a few spots.
Hull and deck paint – popping.
Interior in very good order – some water damaged woodwork in Pilothouse.

INTERIOR:
Master stateroom forward – large (6’6″ long x 7′ at foot and 40″ at head) double berth with HMC brand custom mattress, features storage, shelves and hanging lockers outboard – both sides, access to anchor locker forward, 1 large and 2 small overhead opening hatches, storage beneath berth, fans, reading and overhead lights, and accordion style folding privacy door.

Master head is forward and to starboard. Features Raritan marine head, deep round stainless steel sink, hot and cold pressure water, mirror faced medicine chest, shower on wand, shower sump, storage beneath counter, overhead opening hatch, 110v outlet, 2 overhead lights and speaker.

Main cabin features great wraparound settee to port with large table – drops down to create large double berth. Straight settee to starboard – seatback hinges up to create upper/lower single berths – with lee clothes. Shelves and cabinets outboard both sides, some with blown/frosted glass fronts, 2 overhead opening hatches, fans, lights, gimballed Weems & Plath lantern and flat screen TV mounting bracket.

Galley is aft of dining cabin – wraparound style with gimballed four burner Juno propane stove, cabinets with blown/frosted glass fronts, double stainless steel sinks with hot and cold pressure water, top loading Glacier Bay cold plate refrigerator and freezer, gimballed Weems and Plath lantern, overhead opening hatch, fans and lights – 10 additional drawers and 2 cabinets opposite on both side of entrance to guest cabin.

Guest cabin is opposite galley – features upper and lower single berths with lee clothes, drawers, 1 opening hatch, shelves, lights and fans.

Pilothouse features large hinged chart table and helm seat to starboard with “L” shaped crew settee, table, cabinets and inside steering station opposite. Weems and Plath clock and barometer. Large windows forward and sides with opening center panel.

Day head is at the base of the companionway to port, features marine head, round stainless steel sink, hot and cold pressure water, 1 opening overhead hatch and 2 opening ports.

Aft stateroom is at the base of the companionway and to starboard. Double berth is on floor level, with large storage cabinets outboard, shelves aft, small seat next to two electrical panels, 2 opening ports and 1 opening hatch.

Interior highlights: Varnished teak, cherry and ash bulkheads and cabinetry. Teak and holly sole. Handholds, Dorade vents, recessed and swiveled reading lights, fans throughout vessel. Leather cushions. Headroom @ 6′.
